Senator Meyer: My only
agenda is to get to the truth. |
Jack
Bauer: I dont think it is, Sir. |
-- |
Janis Gold: Sean, as a
friend, Id like to give you some... |
Sean
Hillinger: You are not my friend. |
Janis Gold: Sure. As
someone as close to a friend you are ever going to get,
let me give you some advice. Most people dont like
sarkasm, I myself have no problem with it, because
Im cheerful. Im a cheerful person. |
Sean
Hillinger: Youre a cheerful person? |
-- |
Sean Hillinger: You know,
you could hire a 14 Dollar an hour data applications geek
to do this, you dont need me.
Renee Walker: I wouldnt advertise that. |
-- |
Renee Walker: Jack,
youre coming with me and we do it my way. |
-- |
Schector: Good luck with
the senate, I hope they will fry your ass. |
Renee Walker: No offense
Jack, but I brought you here to help with Schector, not
to co-manage this operation. |
-- |
Renee Walker: I
dont know where you are getting at. |
Larry
Moss: Neither am I! |
-- |
Henry Taylor: Im
gonna find out what youre hiding and when I do, god
help you. |
Jack Bauer: I watched you
die in my arms. You wanna explain to me how you are still
alive? |
-- |
Tony Almeida: No, Jack,
no! You need to hear this! You need to start living in
the real world! Because every second you help the
government youre spitting on Teris grave! |
-- |
Jack Bauer: Tell me where
the device is, or so help me god I will kill you and you
will stay dead this time. |
-- |
Chloe OBrian: I
dont think Jack is in a very helpful frame of mind. |
Bill
Buchanan: Hes our only hope. |
-- |
Tony Almeida: Listen Jack,
Im sorry about the stuff I said back there. I just
needed you to get close enough so I could give you
Bills code name. |
Jack
Bauer: Im just glad I didnt break your neck. |
Tony Almeida: Well, yeah.
It came close. |
Jack
Bauer: Yeah, sorry about that. |
-- |
Chloe OBrian:
Someone at the FBI is blocking my every move. Its
really starting to piss me off. |
Renee Walker: How the
hell can they do that? |
Sean
Hillinger: If I knew I would be able to get around it. |
-- |
Jack Bauer: How do you
call this place? |
Bil
Buchanan: We like to think of it as CTU. |
-- |
Jack Bauer: Did he buy it? |
Tony
Almeida: We will see. |
-- |
Allison Taylor: I
dont know what the right call is. |
Henry
Taylor: The right call, is whatever you decide it is. |
-- |
Renee Walker: I suggest
you chose your last breath wisely. |
Tanner:
Go to hell. |
Larry Moss: Howell? Open
your eyes. We have situation. She can not deal with this
right now. Please, have a seat. |
-- |
Renee Walker: Get your
hands off me. |
Jack
Bauer: Shut up, or I will shut you up. |
-- |
Renee Walker (zu Jack): I
can't believe I trusted you, you lying son of a bitch. |
-- |
Jack Bauer (zu Renee): If
you trust me, I will get you through this alive. Get on
your knees. |
Tony Almeida: I'm sorry. |
David
Emerson: You're looking for forgivness. Go to hell. |
-- |
Allison Taylor: This
country does not negotiate with terrorists. |
Tim Woods:
Tell that to the families of the dead. |
-- |
Ule Matobo: Are you with
the FBI? |
Chloe O'Brian:
No. I'm a stay-at-home mom. |
-- |
Renee Walker: The four of
you really think you can stop this. |
Jack
Bauer: We have to. It's as simple as that. |
-- |
Nichols: Wheres
Emerson? |
Tony
Almeida: Youre not going to deal with him today. |
Nichols: What do you mean? |
Tony
Almeida: Hes dead. |
Janis Gold: Hello? This
is Janet Gold with the FBI, may I speak to your plant
manager immediately, please. Maam, as I just stated,
I am with the FBI, does that sound vaguely important to
you? |
Allison Taylor: I want an
explanation and I want it know. What the hell is going on? |
-- |
Allison Taylor: How can I
ask the American people to make sacrifices that Im
not willing to make myself? I cant give in. I
cant. |
-- |
Allison Taylor: How am I
supposed to know where your loyalities really lay? |
Jack
Bauer: With all due respect, Madame President, ask around.
-- |
Janis Gold: Excuse me?
Could you be a little bit less obvious, do you think? |
Sean
Hillinger: What are you talking about? |
Janis Gold: Give me a
break. Just hold up a sign that says: Hey world, we
are sleeping together! |
-- |
Larry Moss: Th rules are
what make us better. |
Jack
Bauer: Not today. |
Sean Hillinger: You're a
little bitch, you know that? |
Janis
Gold: You're the little bitch. |
-- |
Chloe O'Brian: Well that's
inefficient. Whoever set your network up that way didn't
know what they were doing. |
Larry
Moss: I set our network up that way. |
Chloe: Oh... Okay. |
Jack: She was our only
asset. |
Renee:
She is not an asset, Jack, shes a human being. |
-- |
Jack Bauer: By the way,
that stunt you pulled by the car? You ever pull your
weapon on me again, you better intend to use it. |
Renee
Walker: I did. |
Jack Bauer: Im
driving off a cliff here Tony, I dont need to put
Bill in the passenger seat. |
-- |
Ethan Kanin: Well,
Senator, I see you found the bar. Mind if I join you? |
Senator
Mayer: Are you serioulsy asking me, to look the other way
on this? I have been after this son of a bitch for years.
Hes a thug, Ethan. Hes exhibit A. |
-- |
Jack Bauer: You can
either tell me where he is or I can find him myself. |
Bill
Buchanan: Jack, I cant. |
Jack Bauer: Fine, put
your hands behind your back. Now! |
-- |
Senator Mayer: You are
done Bauer. You are finished. |
Jack
Bauer: He was talking. Whatevers happening is
happening now and its on your conscience. |
Senator Mayer: My
conscience has a lot less to answer for than yours. |
-- |
Jack Bauer: Earlier today,
Madame President, two airplanes were brought down. Is
that something you can live with? |
Senator
Mayer: You are reprehensible, Bauer! |
Jack Bauer: And you, Sir,
are weak! Unwilling and unable to look evil in the eye
and deal with it! |
-- |
Allison Taylor: I want to
talk to Mr. Burnett myself. |
Senator
Mayer: Let me do that, I know the man. |
Allison Taylor:
Apparently you dont. |
-- |
Allison Taylor:
Bauers going to prison and a traitor walks.
Whats wrong with this picture? |
Jonas Hodges: Stress is
the furtilizer of creativity. Lets play some darts.
-- |
Benjamin Juma: You
dont give orders to me. Get the camera ready for
her statement. |
Allison
Taylor: What statement? |
Benjamin Juma: The last
one you will ever give. |
Jack Bauer: Senator, shut
up! |
-- |
Jonas Hodges: Well, you
gotta admire the damn bitch. She doesnt give up
easily. |
-- |
Jonas Hodges: Greg, you
look tense. Do me a favour, have a drink. Relax. |
-- |
Jonas Hodges: Who did you
send? |
Greg
Seaton: Quinn. |
Jonas Hodges: Oh, Quinn
is good. Bauer is good too. |
-- |
Jonas Hodges: Good. |
Greg
Seaton: Yeah. |
Jonas Hodges: Now
were having some fun! |
Jonas Hodges: Wake up our
colleagues and have them assembled in one hour. And tell
them to pack their pyjamas and their tooth brushes, this
is gonna be a long night. |
-- |
Larry Moss: Will this
take long? |
Morris
OBrian: Of course not. |
Larry Moss: Mr.
OBrian, can you tell me specifically when
youll have the file decripted? |
Morris
OBrian: Yes. Now. |
-- |
Jack Bauer: Trust
isnt my greatest assett. |
-- |
Jack Bauer: Youre
dying. Just tell me where the weapons are coming in. When
are they getting here? |
John
Quinn: Theyre already here. |
-- |
Larry Moss: I told them,
and I'm telling you; it is impossible to overestimate
Bauer. |
Jack Bauer: Dammit! |
Tony
Almeida: Forget about him, Jack. He was dead the moment
he stepped out of that door, we both know that. |
-- |
Tony Almeida: We will be
two against ten! |
Jack
Bauer: Two against nine. |
-- |
Tony Almeida: Dont
break your own rules. |
Sunny Macer: Jack Bauer.
Sunny Macier, CDC. We need you to get undressed. |
-- |
Larry Moss: How is he
doing? |
Renee
Walker: Hard to tell. |
-- |
Jack Bauer (zu Larry Moss):
I always knew eventually we'd agree on something. |
Jack: My daughter and I,
we don't talk, okay? So please, let it go. |
Renee: It
should be her choice. |
Jack: Well, it's not. I'm
the one who's dying. It's my choice. |
-- |
Renee: Jack, you all
right? |
Jack:
Yeah, I'm fine. |
-- |
Jack Bauer: Do you have
any C-4 on you? |
-- |
Jack Bauer: Please,
Madame Preisdent. Trust me. |
-- |
Jonas Hodges: I told you
I'd get into the White House, I just didn't thind it
would be under this conditions. |
-- |
Jonas Hodges: You think
this ends with me? Im just a small cog in a very
big machine. |
Allison
Taylor: Hold on. |
Jonas Hodges: You
cant even begin to imagine what you are up against.
Allison
Taylor: What are you talking about? |
Jonas Hodges: Youll
find out. |
-- |
Renee Walker: Larry, do
you have a problem with this. |
Larry
Moss: As a matter of fact, no - none whatsoever. |
-- |
Jack Bauer: Who the hell
do you think you are? Who the hell do you think you are?!
You think this is easy? You think you understand what I'm
going through, because you don't. I am dying. And I was
okay with it. I could handle it. And now, you put in
front of me the one thing, the one thing, that's gonna
make this unbearable. |
Renee
Walker: Jack, listen... |
Jack Bauer: No, you
listen to me. I specifically told you, do NOT drag my
daughter into this! |
Renee
Walker: No one dragged her into anything, she's been
trying to see you all day. |
Jack Bauer: What? |
-- |
Kim Bauer: I'm the one
that should apologize that pushed you away, and instead
of taking responsibility for all the mistakes I made in
my life I blamed you...and it was stupid...and immature...
And now all the time that we've lost... |
Cara Bowden: No one
speaks to him unless in my presence. Is that understood? |
Olivia
Taylor: In some countries they would have shot him by now.
-- |
Cara Bowden: Tony has
been the one bright spot in an otherwise dreary day. |
-- |
Tony Almeida: I thought
it was just a meaningless lie. |
Jack
Bauer: You and I have been doing this long enough to know,
that there is no such thing as a meaningless lie. |
Tim Woods: The docor says
hes surprised he pulled through. |
Allison
Taylor: Thats because he never met that son of a
bitch. |
-- |
Jack Bauer: Relax, Mr.
Hodges. You are already dead. |
-- |
Morris OBrian: Just
be careful. |
Chloe
OBrian: I will. |
-- |
Janis Gold: What does
that make us? CTU Light? |
Tony Almeida: You sound
like you think you have a choice. |
-- |
Jack Bauer: Chloe, I
cant do this without you. |
-- |
Jonas Hodges: Robert
Tibbet is my new name. |
Sullivan:
Yes, Sir. |
Jonas Hodges: Sounds like
a dog breed. |
-- |
Muhtadi Gohar: You have
no right, I did nothing wrong! |
Jack
Bauer: Shut up! |
Tony Almeida: We will be
watching. We always watching. |
-- |
Jack Bauer: Pick up this
piece of crap. |
-- |
Jack Bauer: Why, did you
betray me? Why? |
-- |
Cara Bowden: Trust me, we
have another play. |
Alan
Wilson: You better have. |
-- |
Janis Gold: Do you have
something you would like to say to me? |
Chloe
OBrian: Like what? |
Janis Gold: Oh, I think
you know. |
Chloe
OBrian: I dont think I do. |
Janis Gold: How about:
Good job, Janice, [...] |
Chloe
OBrian: Oh, you dont know me, but if you did,
you would understand that this is the last place you
should look for any type of validation. |
Cara: Its no time
to be a hero. |
-- |
Jack: Dont make
this any harder than it already is. |
-- |
Cara: We dont need
a hostage, okay? Especially not him. Just shoot him
already and lets get out of here. |
-- |
Kim: I worked at CTU.
Systems Analyst. |
Jack Bauer: Please. As
someone who was once your friend, let me die in peace. |
-- |
Tony Almeida: Its
about justice. |
Jack
Bauer: Justice. You killed innocent people, Tony! |
-- |
Tony Almeida: Im
not gonna kill him, Jack. You are. |
-- |
Jack Bauer: You are not
honoring Michelles life. You are revelling in her
death and she would despise you for this. |
-- |
Tony Almeida: These
people think they can take everything away from us, Jack!
There is nobody here to stop them! What did you do, huh?
Youre running away. Thats right, you are
running away, Jack! Youre one of them now! Youre
running away, Jack! How would Teri feel about that, Jack?
-- |
Jack Bauer: I cant
tell you what to do. Ive been wrestling with this
all my life. When I see fifteen people held hostage on a
bus, everything else goes out the window, and Ill
do whatever it takes to save them and I mean whatever it
takes. You know, maybe I thought, if I save them, I can
save myself. |
Renee
Walker: Do you regret anything that you did today? |
Jack Bauer: No. But then
again, I dont work for the FBI. |
Renee
Walker: I dont understand. |
Jack Bauer: You took an
oath. You made a promise to uphold the law. You cross
that line, it always starts off with a small step. Before
you know it, youre running as fast as you can in
the wrong direction just to justify why you started in
the first place. These laws were written by much smarter
men than me. And in the end, I know that these laws have
to be more important than the fifteen people on the bus,
I know thats right. In my mind, I know thats
right. But I just dont think my heart could ever
have lived with that. I guess the only advice I can give
you is try to make choices that you can live with. |
Renee
Walker: I dont know what to say. |
Jack Bauer: Dont
say anything at all. |
--- |
Janis Gold: I would like
to thank you for all the help you gave me today. |
Chloe OBrian:
Yeah, that was interesting. Given with what you had to
work with youre doing a pretty good job. |
Janis Gold: Ill
take that as a compliment, thank you. |
Chloe OBrian:
Good. Thats what it was meant to be. |
-- |
Imam Gohar: Let us both
forgive ourselves for all the wrongs we have done. |
-- |
Janis Gold: Larry would
not have wanted this. Dont dishonor his death like
this. |
-- |
Kim Bauerr: Im
sorry, Daddy, but Im not ready to let you go. |
